Shipping and Delivery

The Red Rocks Gift Shop ships to many locations both in the U.S. and internationally.

We currently are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Order Processing Times:

Orders are processed M-F and typically packed in 1 to 2 days from the date the order was placed. Processing times can be longer during the concert season based on scheduled events.

Shipping times shown in checkout are transit time only and do not include any processing times.

Shipping Costs and Options:

We currently offer 2 shipping options:

• Standard Shipping - Transit time of 5 to 8 days domestic and 10 to 20 days international.
• Express - Transit time of 2 to 5 days domestic and 7 to 14 days international.

All shipping charges are flat rate per order based on service type selected.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. You can also check on the status of an order by logging into your and viewing your order history.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped via UPS. The customer is solely responsible for fees and duties. International orders that are refused or abandoned will be refunded minus the cost of returning the order to our warehouse.
