You may return any item for any reason with in 30 days of purchase. To return an item please follow the below instructions.

Return Process:

To return all or part of your order please complete the following steps.
1. Download the Return Request Form Here.
2. Complete the Form and enclose with the items you wish to return
3. Mail completed form and items back to us at

Items may be returned for:

  • Refunds Only

Due to how quickly inventory changes we cannot accept exchange requests.

We recommend for size exchanges that you return the item to us for a refund and place a new order for your desired size.

All items must be in new, unused condition and have all original tags and/or packaging.

Custom items may not be returned unless defective or misprinted.

Return Processing Times:

All return items will be inspected before your refund or exchange is processed. Returns are processed in 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive the return at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed please allow for the following:

Refunds - 3 to 5 business for the money to post back to your account
Exchange - 1 to 2 business days for the new item to be shipped to you

Return Shipping is your responsibility. Please use an established shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for miss or undelivered returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

For damaged or incorrect items, we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Damaged and defective items must be returned within 30 days of the order’s ship date. For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order. We will start a ticket and, if possible, replace your item immediately. If you would prefer a refund, you will need to return the item to us first.
